Patrick led project delivery on Burradoo Park Farm, a precinct-scale agritourism development in the Southern Highlands. We are now taking on selected new engagements.

Every project of this scale has two briefs running in parallel. The technical brief—drawings, specifications, programme—is the substance the architects and consultants design against. The principal's vision is rarely written down, but it is what the project is for.
The work of HBP is to make sure those two briefs stay aligned, across every meeting and every decision, for the entire duration of the project. That's what client-side project leadership is.
