Highlands Bespoke Projects leads complex agri-tourism, hospitality, and renewable-energy developments on behalf of the people who own them. We sit on the client's side of the table, coordinating every discipline and every phase of delivery—from feasibility through to construction completion.
Our work is built on thirty years of construction experience and a deep understanding of how complex projects actually come together. Patrick led project delivery on Burradoo Park Farm, a precinct-scale agritourism development in the Southern Highlands. We are now taking on selected new engagements.

We work with you from the earliest stage — establishing the brief, testing feasibility, engaging the right consultants, and developing the design through to construction documentation.

We coordinate the architects, engineers, and consultants through design development, then run a structured procurement process to engage the right builder under the right form of contract.

We lead the project through construction—coordinating the contractor, monitoring quality and progress, managing the consultants, and holding the principal's vision through every decision until handover.
Every project of this scale has two briefs running in parallel. The technical brief—drawings, specifications, programme—is the substance the architects and consultants design against. The principal's vision is rarely written down, but it is what the project is for.
The work of HBP is to make sure those two briefs stay aligned, across every meeting and every decision, for the entire duration of the project. That's what client-side project leadership is.
